Hera Player respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when using the application and its optional features.
Hera Player accesses media files stored on your device only to provide music playback, video playback, library management, playlists, and related features. Media scanning and indexing are performed locally on your device.
Hera Player uses Firebase Authentication to provide secure account access for optional cloud features. When you sign in using your Google account, information such as your email address may be used for authentication, account management, and linking your private cloud content to your account.
Hera Streem provides optional private cloud backup and streaming features. When you choose to use Hera Streem, media files that you explicitly select may be uploaded and stored to provide personal backup, synchronization, and streaming functionality.
Uploaded content is private and associated with your authenticated account. Hera Player does not make your uploaded media publicly available, and other users cannot access your personal cloud content.
Hera Player does not collect IMEI numbers, MAC addresses, serial numbers, or hardware-bound identifiers.
Hera Premium purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing. Hera Player does not collect or store payment card information. Purchase status may be used to provide premium features such as an ad-free experience.
Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics may collect anonymous diagnostic information including app version, crash reports, performance information, device model, and operating system version to improve stability and user experience.
Hera Player uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use advertising identifiers, device information, and usage data for advertising measurement and personalization according to user settings and applicable policies.
If enabled, biometric authentication is handled entirely by your device operating system. Hera Player does not store or receive biometric information.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to help protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Information is retained only as long as necessary to provide services, improve functionality, comply with legal requirements, and resolve disputes.

Hera Player is not intended for children under 13 years of age and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any updates will be reflected by changing the Last Updated date.
